Start with a conflict check.
Send the parties and the site address before anything else. Independence is confirmed first, and only then is a brief opened. Enquiries are answered within one business day.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST. Site inspections are booked outside those hours where access requires it.

What to put in the first email
This is enough to run the conflict check, give you an honest delivery date and price the work. Nothing sensitive needs to be sent until the conflict check is clear.
- The parties, including any cross-defendants and the builder's related entities
- The site address
- The forum and, if proceedings are on foot, the file number and next listing date
- The questions you want answered, or the orders that require the report
- Whether an expert report has already been served by the other side
- Your timetable, including any court-ordered date for service of evidence
Why there is no enquiry form on this site
A web form would put party names, matter details and sometimes privileged information through a third-party service and store it there. Email and telephone go directly to this office and nowhere else. If you would prefer to give the details by phone first, call and nothing needs to be written down at all until the conflict check is clear.
Where site attendance is available
Based at Rouse Hill in north-west Sydney. Sites across New South Wales are attended by arrangement, with travel and accommodation charged at cost and agreed in the fee estimate before it is incurred.
